Belvedere Station is located in northeast Edmonton and is one of the city’s older LRT stops, opened in 1978. It features a park-and-ride lot that makes it popular with suburban commuters. The station connects residential neighbourhoods with downtown Edmonton and other parts of the Capital Line. Belvedere has played a historic role in Edmonton’s transit development, as one of the first stations in the city’s light rail system.
